Sheet 01 — Services

The work
we take on

Eight jobs, written out plainly — what each one actually involves, and nothing about it dressed up. If what your vehicle is doing is not on this sheet, ring anyway and describe it.

On price

No price list. Ring and ask.

Prices are not published, because what a job costs depends on what the job turns out to be. Ring the workshop or put a booking request in and ask.

Sheet 02 — Specification

Warrant of Fitness

The regular safety check every road-going vehicle in New Zealand needs to stay legal.

A WoF inspection checks the parts of your vehicle that keep you safe — brakes, tyres, steering, suspension, lights, glass, structure and seatbelts. If something needs attention we will talk you through it before any work starts.

Vehicle Servicing

Routine servicing to keep your vehicle running the way it should.

Oil and filter changes, tune-ups and general scheduled maintenance. Customers regularly mention being told about work that will need attention later, rather than being sold it on the spot.

Brakes & Clutch

Repairs to the two systems you notice the moment they stop working properly.

Brake inspection and repair, and clutch repair and replacement. If your brakes feel different, are noisy, or the car pulls to one side, get it looked at rather than left.

Auto Electrical

Electrical faults traced and repaired.

Batteries, charging, starting, lighting and wiring faults. Reviews mention headlight adjustment and replacement, and sourcing parts where needed.

4WD & Utes

Four-wheel drives and utes looked after alongside everything else.

Servicing and repair work for 4WD vehicles and utes. Reviews note that vehicles of any age are welcome.

Steering & Suspension

Shocks, struts, bushes and steering components.

A review describes suspension parts being fitted to a vehicle where the job was not straightforward and needed a lot of adjusting to get right.

Diagnostics

Finding out what is actually wrong before anything gets replaced.

Warning lights, odd noises and faults that only happen sometimes. The aim is to identify the cause and explain it in plain language so you can decide what to do.

General Repairs

The everyday jobs that keep a vehicle on the road.

Repairs across most makes and models. Reviews describe older vehicles being taken on and sorted, and second-hand parts sourced where that keeps the cost down.

Not sure which one it is?

That is normal. Describe what the vehicle is doing — the noise, the light, the feel of it — and we will work out what it needs. Ringing is the quickest way; a booking request works too.
